- Provide basic troubleshooting support among the ABC staff members in using computer and internet.
- Configure, install and maintain IT infrastructure and switch, router, firewalls.
- Keep up to date records of ABC computers, video camera, multimedia, digital cameras, laptops and other ICT related equipment/ instruments.
- Ensure available internet connection for ABCs offices to establish better communication system within and outside of ABC.
- Facilitate to establish Rural Information Centre within ABCs working area to ensure information support among the rural people.
