•Implement for all stages of the hiring process, including talent sourcing, job posting, reviewing, and screening
applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Responsible on medical insurance for employees and their families (reviewing insurance lists, deleting, adding, requests for modification or promotion, following up on payment of dues, deduct for differences)
• Responsible the submission of payment requests for all Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department and following them up until they are paid.
• Responsible on Human Resources requests (daily operation, business trips, annual leaves, and all necessary)
• Preparing and writing employment contracts and submitting job offers to accept candidates.
• Preparation of letters (salary, end of Probation period, termination, Warning, clearance, certificate of experience).
• Compile and organize employee files and archiving activities for accurate documentation.
•Preparation flight and equipment report includes all domestic, international, private, and VIP flights conducted during the
day and week. Details of each flight are documented, including departure and arrival times, as well as any problems or
exceptions observed. The status and information of the equipment used during each flight are recorded.
• Preparation of domestic, international, private, and VIP flights is done according to the scheduled flight plan. Necessary
arrangements for each type of flight are coordinated based on customer needs and company standards.
• Ensuring the loading of all flights according to the specified deadline set by the airline includes monitoring necessary
procedures and measures to ensure compliance with the specified deadlines.
• A daily and monthly task schedule is prepared for employees according to work requirements and scheduled times. This
includes the distribution of tasks and responsibilities among employees.
• Overtime hours for employees are documented and recorded.
• Necessary training is provided for new employees to ensure their ability to prepare flights and handle equipment effectively.
• This aspect involves receiving complaints and feedback from customers and employees and effectively addressing them
to resolve issues and improve service.
Responsible for follow-up work on the Documentation of employee contracts on Mudad,
Qiw.
Participate in receiving the requests of the staff, following up on implementation, and ensuring completion on time.
Editing and printing letters and decisions issued by the HR Department and ensuring their delivery while retaining copies delivered in each employee’s file.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities that are being requested by the direct manager within the framework of the tasks and activities mentioned.
Renewing iqama and passports after obtaining approval from department managers and completing the renewal
procedures.
• Issuing travel tickets for employees, along with exit and re-entry visas, and organizing transportation to and from the
airport for employees.
• Preparing hospital invoice reports including employee data, medical procedures, and outstanding amounts, and
submitting them to the finance department.
• Undertaking any other duties or responsibilities requested by the direct manager within the framework of the mentioned
tasks and activities.
• Issuing salary verification letters and other administrative correspondences for employees.
• Monitoring employee attendance and absences, accurately recording them.
• Processing and regularly updating employee work ID.
• Responsible for managing medical insurance for employees and their families, including adding and removing names,
processing modification or promotion requests.
