Create Purchase order.
Transfer item between branches.
Send approved Purchase order to principle.
Handel and solve PO issues with WH or sales DEPT.
Prepare Monthly Report.
Create sales orders.
Review and close old open PO if needed.
Prepare Monthly Timesheet.
• Monitoring the Quality of works as required at Project and Ensuring Effective Implementation of Project Specification and another Applicable Codes/Standard.
• Inspecting Low voltage and Medium voltage cables including Splicing, Termination and Testing with Defined Acceptable Criteria as per applicable SATIP. SAIC and SATR.
• Insulation Resistance (IR) of Cables & Motors and Polarization Index Test for MV motors.
• Pre-Commissioning Inspection and Testing for Low Voltage /Medium Voltage Motors and Submersible Pumps Motors.
• Carrying out the inspection for solo run tests
• Reviewing the energization packages.
• Inspection of Instruments Installation like Pressure Transmitters, Level Transmitter, Flow Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Gauges and Tubing.
• Identifying and issuing the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) if found any non-conformity in work.
- Monitoring the Quality of works as required at Project and Ensuring Effective Implementation of Project Specification and another Applicable Codes/Standard.
