• Monitor all incoming flights specially going the Gate/PBB’s & to the Apron 6.
• Report any obstruction within the aircraft envelop prior for incoming arrival.
• Report any verbal complaint received from the airlines or any third parties.
• To inform the operator’s for their incoming flights.
• To check the data entries entered by the operator precisely correct.
• To report any incident/accident happens during the operations.
• To coordinate any types of work performed by the Maintenance Team to AOC, ALPHA BASE, TR5 OPERATION & TK1 OPERATION.
• To allocate all the PBB Operator’s, GSE Operator’s & PBB Cleaners prior for turn-over.
• To reconciled all the Job Tickets after collecting to the operators.
• To send report every after the duty and do the proper turn-over to the next shift on duty.
