To provide assistance in managing the internal & external readiness activities to ease the change related to the trading solution and core systems and to facilitate the transition phase of the department within the Saudi Stock Exchange’s (Tadawul) standards and approved policies.
Follow day-to-day operations relating to one’s own job to ensure work continuity
Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports of Information Technology/IT Business Management/Market Readiness & Transition Section to meet the Exchange and department requirements, objectives, and standards
Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner
Assist in managing and ensuring market readiness in order to accommodate the trading solution and core systems change with new systems and releases
Assist in planning and managing the execution of the participants readiness in order to support communication, documentation, briefings, workshop, training, certifications, testing, launch and rollback activities, and surveys to ensure smooth operations of the business
Assist in detecting failure scenarios, and analyze the possible mitigation plans in order to avoid interruptions or disturbances of the Exchange operations
Ensure internal readiness in order to accommodate the trading solution and core systems change with new system and releases
Participate and aid the end user in the process of defining the departments operational readiness requirements such as training and procedure updates, so as to ensure appropriate participation and execution of the plan
Provide required updates for the processes, procedures, and documentation for the concerned departments, to keep them up-to-date and well informed
Collaborate with the end user to ensure the resource capacity to operate the new trading solution and core systems change, in order to ensure the fulfillment of the hiring requirements
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
