Main Function of Job:
• Partner with HR colleagues to deliver a HR service in line with the needs and priorities of
Mefgulf.
• Oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives as the key interface between
professional HR and the business.
• Translate business requirements into effective HR practices across MedGulf, delivering people
solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Work at an operational level with multiple stakeholders
• Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues
• Influence Management around the people agenda and issues
• Responsible for recruitment; performance management; etc.
• Implementing HR initiatives and “advise, guide and support all staff and managers in Medgulf;
providing high level people management and development support across Medgulf”.

Supervision of staff and the distribution of tasks
Acting Manager if the manager does not exist
Local recruitment
Co-op with universities for training and hiring
Follow-up and coordination with regulators of careers days and participation
Updates manpower plan
Supervising on weekly reports
Identify suitable recruitment channel
Coordinate local & international recruitment campaigns
Coordinate with local recruitment agencies to fill vacancies
* Think of new ways to attract the best candidates to our location in Riyadh including through newspaper adverts and internet adverts and recruitment online.
* Screen and select CVs to meet the requirements for current vacancies.
* Interview and select the best candidates.
* Report accurately on the status of all vacancies and the progress of candidates to joining the company.
* Provide advice to managers and employees on recruitment policies and procedures.
* Interactions with Professional Colleges to recruit fresh graduate.
• Establish relationships with external companies to extract the available vacancies.
• Coordinate with the employer to Interview applicants, and helping them obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
• Matching qualified candidates from career adviser with relevant vacancies for market needs.
