 Focusing on sales and business development for the solar energy solutions in industrial and commercial segments and Utility Scale as well. I am also responsible for Procurement & Operations of PV Plants.
 Managed procurement of CAPEX, OPEX and EPC Project starting from pre-qualification of contractors/ suppliers, request for quotation (RFQ), invitation to bid (ITB), commercial/technical evaluation, negotiation, formulating of contracts and release of orders to suppliers
 Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies. Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships and also negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous term.
 Managed & Ensuring that all the project activities are carried out in compliance with regulations considering project timeline and cost effective with specifications and quality requirements.
 Oversight of all aspects of the operations and maintenance of multiple remote solar systems located in several locations of Pakistan, including bidding and negotiating new O&M contracts. Developing, implementing, and managing a global strategy to maximize production availability and minimize cost and risk.
 Doing Major Role and adding values in development of 150MW Solar Power Project (IPP)
 Joined at the Inception phase to develop the 150 MW (3x50MW) Solar Power Plant. Scatec Solar and Nizam Energy signed an agreement to jointly develop and build-own-and-operate 150MW Solar Power Plant in Pakistan. Oversaw the Feasibility Study, Grid Interconnection Study, Environment Study and other studies of each Power Plant of 50MW and finalized each study with the help of Consultants & get approval from respective Departments.
 Managed Electrical Switchgear Designing and Procurement for Expansions/New Projects of H. Nizam Din & Sons Industries (Nizam Apparel, Pinnacle Fiber, & HND).

 Preparation of offer (Tenders/BOQs)/selection of components as per customer requirement. Study &
selection of the new arrivals of products of different manufacturers.
 Recovery of payments, train the newly appointed fresh engineers & arrange presentations/seminars of
different products to the clients.
 Responsible for product portfolio, pricing and margins to ensure that customers/dealers and company
targets were met
