Duties / Activities:
Training and Mobilization regarding polio in different UCs of Peshawar and recruitments.
Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly program activities in timely manner.
Assist in training activity i.e. communication regarding training, follow ups etc.
Managing personal files, Documentation, field verification activities, record keeping, training and mobilization support, follow ups in training.
Maintain record of all staff in HRIS system i.e. recruitments, long listing, shortlisting, cards, contracts, uploading employee pictures, exit interviews etc.
Distribution of Contracts and Employee cards etc., among the employees and maintain its record.
Provides payroll information by collecting staff information and attendance records.
Maintains employee confidence and their confidentiality.
Performance of other activities as assigned by Town Manager or PO
