Currently working as a Senior Network Engineer for Management Information System department airblue. My job role entails infrastructure management, supervision and technical consultation about airblue IT system at Corporate, airport and city sale offices. As a network engineer I ensure that technology operations of airblue ERP based airline system run smoothly during and after flight operations by providing the right solution and rectify down time. I work flexibly in terms of shift hours 24/7. Report key problems in system to high management during check-inn and flight departure. I Provided process training to new staff who use ERP system. I Manage Active Directory in Server 2012. I deployed Microsoft servers and implemented domain system according to IT plan. I implemented system policies according to need and directed plan. I Configured network devices and managed uplinks via firewall. Creating network between site offices. Testing of new servers either Microsoft or Linux based before deployment. This job entails working as IT engineer with Mobilink technical department and interacting with them through inbound/outbound IT help desk call center environment.
