I have been promoted to be a director of finance for Riyadh care hospital which is one of Care’s business units. Meanwhile, I’m working as acting VP/ Finance for the corporate. My responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
1- Reviewing the whole operational cycles, revenue to collection, procure to pay and the inventory Management cycle.
2- Monitoring the cash management.
3- Managing the budgeting process for all business units and the corporate and ensure it in line with the company’s objectives.
4- Monitoring, supervising and delivering the financial statements to the audit committee and the board.

Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidated reports. Supervision the day-to-day operation of the accounting such as AP, FA, treasury and GL. Advising on the improvement of financial management system, internal control system, the use of financial management software. Cooperation with the external auditors to carry out annual external auditing. Preparing weekly report showing the status of projects in progress and capex. Preparing the Zakat provision.

I worked as Tax accountant (Senior Rank).My role was as follows:
• Preparing Tax and Zakat declarations for our clients and monthly and annual WHT.
• providing the clients with Tax advices from Saudi Tax Law and its by- Laws prospective
• Having had a rotation to audit department which assist me to enhance my experience in audit field as I have involved in conducting audit for several clients.

My responsibility was to deal with each type of accounting transactions such as, a general journal entry, fixed assets and its depreciation, payroll, GOSI, and Banks reconciliations

I worked as an Oracle accountant and my responsibility was to deal with accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. Moreover, Banks reconciliations.
