- Managing all day-to-day HR operations activities and certifying that all employee and records are up to date.
- Working with the entire recruitment process.
- Operating the company payroll tasks and preparing the compensation of employees before the end of each month through the payroll software.
- Preparing employment contracts when hiring.
- In charge of the leave and attendance management process for employees.
- Keeping track of employees' years of service and ensuring that their end-of-service benefits are calculated correctly in accordance with the company policies and procedures and in comply with Kuwait Labor Law.
- Tracking the employees' performance through a yearly performance appraisal and evaluation.
- Responding to the employees' requests and questions.
- Authorized accessing to electronic portal of Public Authority of Manpower for employees' services.
- Responsible for the duties related to the Public Institution for Social Security contributions for the Kuwaiti employees, that include calculating the ratio, ensuring that monthly payments are made on time, updating the insureds' salary data, and so on.
- Corporate New loans, amendments & pre-settlements (Term Loans, Revolving Loans, Line for Loans (refinancing) & Loans against Contracts).
- Retail New Loans, amendments & pre-settlements (Flexiable Loans, Consumer Loans, Salary zero interest loans, Loans against Fixed Deposits, Loans against Funds & Staff Loans).
- International Syndicated New Loans, settlement, amendments & re-fixing of rates periodically & booking & settlement of un-funded liabilities, processing of commissions periodically.
- Preparing Swift ‘202’ messages for funds transfers for new loans.
- Setting up of different Limits for Corporate Banking in the Core System & in FX & Money Market Limits in Treasury System.
- Setting up of different Limits for International Banking for Banks, Countries & International Corporate Customers both in the Core System & Treasury System.
- Marking accounts which are approved for provisioning and pass necessary entries to GL accounts.
- Follow-up daily for provision recoveries and pass entries to GL accounts.
- Inputting of static data i.e. CBK codes, Officer codes, Purpose Codes, setting special conditions under Customer Accounts, etc..
- Doing supervisory work whenever required & requested.
