Senior IT Project Manager, PMO
• Contributing to the establishment of the Saudi Fransi Capital PMO, developing their Project Management Methodology, and PMO's policy and procedure
• Managing and directing various IT projects within Saudi Fransi Capital
• Assembling project team, identifying needed resources, assigning responsibilities and developing timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverables
• Developing and submitting weekly and monthly status reports addressing projects schedule, costs, risks, and issues for respective managers

• Used Enterprise Project Management (EPM) for planning and ensuring projects’ benefit realization
• Managed the delivery and operation of new IT projects in the production environment
• Participated in the Change Advisory Board (CAB), service level agreements (SLA), and solved operational issues within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost
• Managed the implementation and operation of many projects, and contributed to maintain the customers' relationship with the company
• Managed the project of selling bulk Short Message Service (SMS) for advertising purposes, and some of the customers were Othaim markets, Toyota Saudi Arabia, and Red Tag
• Developed the planning documents for many of STC data services projects (such as network Infrastructure and access network projects)
• Performed economic evaluation for many projects based on key economic indicators, and provided broad capital estimates for budgetary purposes
• Analyzed demands for fixed line, DSL, and wireless to create reports that help decision makers
• Helped customers of the company to fix their problems related with DSL (Digital subscriber line), LL (leased line) and some other types of business solutions that the company provides
• Installed, and configured/ reconfigured different types of Routers and Switches, which were a part of the services after sale that the company provides
