Preparing and Sharing the Weekly Progress Presentation for all packages in the KAFD project (25+), which involves summarizing and incorporating all in one weekly progress presentation. My team and I present the progress presentation on a weekly bases to the Client. Also highlighting & advising with the help of the team on the abstraction and the correction actions needs to be taken in order to move forward.

Helping in controlling and reporting the progress of 9+ packages out of the 25+ packages in the KAFD (King Abdullah Financial District) project with a total sum of more than 7 billion Saudi Riyal, ensuring resource availability and allocating are the same. Coordinating with the consultancy team and the contractor on a weekly bases on all issues in the project, and reporting to the project team on the issues which needs action taking or coordination with the Client.

Working on evaluating the actual position of the different 9 packages in the project by comparing the actual progress vs. planned progress, and take the corrective actions needs to be taken to the project team, I also report to the Project Control Manger and the Sr. Planning Engineer the progress of my packages on a day-to-day basis to ensure that each project is on-track.

* Planning Scope in KAFD.

Duties & Resp's in the KAFD Project:

 Assigned to fully assist as a Planning Engineer in 9 Packages.
 Participates in the coordination with all Parcels Interfacing with the packages.
 Monitor the Handovers status and obstructions.
 Analyzing the contractor plans and program updates on regular bases.
 Follow up with my Packages in term of progress, construction, and design issues on weekly bases.
 Reviewing and advising on consultant& contractor submitted reports.
 Analyze and advising on the needs per a revised or a recovery program when needed. Also review these program and advice on the client best interest.
