Installing the operating system from the server to local laptops using (Imaging tools). Encrypting the OS using McAfee.
Adding new laptops to the domain and activate Windows and Microsoft Office
Taught the students computer skills for example: Microsoft Word, Excel, typing and hardware concepts.
Monitored the server, added new users, groups, printers and gave permissions for users and groups.
Installed new operating system on five computers.
Responded to customers emails and calls and gave feedback
Fixed computer problems from employees through the local email and solved them remotely if possible or
schedule appointments with the employees to go fix the problem in their offices.
Worked with a group of three IT technicians and maintained the software and hardware of the computers in the
company. (95 Computer).

Maintained a LAN running on 10 Switches.
Configured, installed routers and DSL.
Responded to all client requests for technical support by phone, email and then solved problems using remote
desktop or by going to the client office
