- Meeting clients to acquire additional information on taxable income and deductible
expenses
- Use the appropriate adjustments, deductions, and credits to minimize clients' taxes
- Offering taxpayers with important information and advice to ensure correct tax form
completion
- Explain federal and state tax laws to individuals
