-Ensuring the safety, reliability, and quality of aircraft equipment, machinery, and structures.
- Conducte inspections and tests to identify any defects, damage, or potential risks that could compromise the functionality and safety of the equipment and structure.
- Developing and implementing inspection and testing procedures to ensure that inspections and tests are conducted in a consistent and standardized manner.
- Perform inspections and tests on industrial equipment, machinery, and structures to identify any defects, damage, or potential risks. I use a variety of tools and techniques to conduct these inspections, including visual inspections, non-destructive testing.
- Analyze the results of the inspections andtests to identify any issues or
potential problems.
- Conduct product and process audits to identify any potential quality issues and toensure that all processes are being followed correctly.
- Ensuring that a company's products or services meet the required quality standards and that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Reporting and documentation: Maintain detailed records of their inspections and tests, including the results and any recommendations for repairs or maintenance
also prepare reports that summarize the findings and recommendations, and communicate these reports to management or other stakeholders as necessary.
- Collaborating with other teams: work closely with other teams, including maintenance, operations, and safety, toensure that equipment and structures are maintained and operated safely and effectively.
NDT Inspector for F-15, B707, C-130, A320 by using NDT Methods ( MT, PT, ET, UT, RT, VT). Check the defects in airframe structure between fastener and fastener holes. Check material thickness in airframe structure by using UTT thickness.Check the defect in the engine and all the parts of the aircraft.
NDT Inspector for pipe lines by NDT Methods ( VT, MT, RT, UT, PT).
NDT Inspector for Tanks, pipe lines, pressure vessels. Check defects and corrosion by performing external and internal inspection of plant equipment. Perform Welding inspection for defects and ensure relevant procedures and welders qualification.
