To assist the Risk & Safety Manager to eliminating the risk of loss .resulting from fire or smoke. damaging to Almarai resources including to : Personnel, Buildings, Plant & equipment, Product & raw materials, and Information systems both paper & electronic. Carry out regular inspections of all workplaces to identify unsafe plant, working conditions and practices .
-Ensure the fire detection, alarm, suppression, water & hydrant system and first aid, fire fighting equipment are, maintained at a state of constant readiness.
-Take part in regular training programs and fire drills as detailed by Risk & Safety Manager to maintain a state of constant readiness in preparation for fire situation.
-Report on all safety and risk preventing inspections recommending corrective actions for non-conformance.
-To conduct regular inspection of buildings, plant equipment using checklist
-To maintain first aid & fire fighting appliances to ensure their fitness for use.
lead a dedicated fire safety, safety first tagged team composed of employees who have been trained well.
-To take part in regular training programs on safety and fire drills
-Assess possible causes of injury and circumstances likely to produce an accident, compile necessary reports and inform line management of future prevention.
-Monitor of hazardous chemical storage and handling and ensure of compliance to safety standard
-Assist the Risk & Safety Manager and the Training Manager with the delivering of basic fire and risk prevention training programs as the need.
-Conducting fire and safety routine inspection for the daily basis at the controlled areas
-Operating duties in a safe and competent manner and report immediately any unsafe or defective equipment or practices.
-Ensuring safe systems of work and work permits are in place and followed
-Maintaining Fire Alarm System such as panal, detectors, sprinkler station, Spry station, fire pump, CO2 fire System, Fire Pipes, Fire Extinguisher.
-good knowledge in GENT Fire Alarm System, 8000C & 8000M With WING MAG, ZETA Fier Alarm Control Panal, WORMALD Fier Alarm Control Panal, VISDA Somke Detector .
-Maintaining lighting and all other small power appliances.
-Maintaining and repairing all miscellaneous equipment such as telephone system, fire detection system and security system.
-Maintaining all fireshutter doors.
-Maintaining and Goods Elevator.- Executing Planned Preventative Maintenance programme as assigned, in a timely and efficient manner.
-Finding Fault find/troubleshoot on breakdowns and taking necessary and timely corrective action.
-Completing all documentation and filing accurately ensuring non-conformance forms is communicated to Team Manager.
GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN ELECTRICAL TROUBLESHOOTING- GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN PLC ( SIEMENS SIMATIC S5, S7 )
