Main Contract Administration of $2.25 Billion Contract:
- Handling all contractual issues on projects from PMO level, i.e. Main Contract administration and Subcontract administration.
- Drafting Contractual Correspondence with all stakeholders, (2500+ contractual letters).
- Identifying claims, settling contractual disputes via formal meetings, etc.
- Involved in the preparation of detailed Extension of time (EOT) narrative with an internationally reputed Consultant DGJones.
- Providing full support to the site Contracts/commercial teams in handling all contractual & commercial matters of the project.
- Managing the Contractual matters of the Medical Equipment vendors for all the Hospitals.

Variations & Claims (Approved for >$100 Million):
- Responsible for review and administer documentation of variation and claims (IDV, NOV & RAV) to their scope of work,
- Settled Claims & Variations (of >$100 million) under the Contract,
- Coordination with other departments like Cost Control, Planning, Procurement & Purchase for collecting compiling details for variations and claims to compile & collate documentation required for claims and Variations.
- Maintained a running log of Claims & Variations and all contractual correspondence.
- Reviewing and finalizing the Variation Orders & Claims of the Sub-contractor received from all the 5 Project Sites
- Supervise and coordinate with QS/Cost Engineers (a team of more than 15 QSs) for complying with contract requirements.
- Preparation and Maintenance of essential logs specifically for tracking the variation status of all the Subcontractor Site-wise and involved in the Monthly Internal meeting for Sub-contractor’s variations.
- Attending high level meeting with client on Monthly basis for the review/settlement of Monthly variation Log

Subcontract Administration of 100+ Subcontracts:
- Drafting and Negotiating Subcontracts and preparation of complete set of Subcontract Documents in coordination with the Procurement department. (independently drafted more than 100 subcontracted and their related amendments, related to architectural, civil, electromechanical, ICT, conveying systems, etc.),
- Resolving contractual issues with the Subcontract including drafting formal letters and attending meetings/negotiations of a contractual nature.
- Assisting in the certification of Subcontractor’s monthly payments at Program Level received from all 5 Project Sites, managing control of the Sub-Contractor's Insurances, Guarantees and Warranties until final account settlement.
- Responsible for the recording and updating the Subcontract key documents and updating the Management regarding the relevant sub-contractual obligations and liabilities, in accordance with the Subcontract.

Other Pertinent Assignments:
- Responsible for the recording and updating the project key documents such as insurance, bank guarantees, bonds, etc. and updating the Management regarding the relevant contractual obligations and liabilities, in accordance with the Contract.
- Responsible for project handing over requirements and final settlements, including the submission of the commissioning and the Operation and Maintenance- Close-Out Documents, in coordination with the relevant Civil, MEP & MEQ teams.
