As the Lead Contracts Administrator for The Avenues Riyadh, a SAR 7.3 billion (USD 2 billion) mall project, I manage complex legal and contractual issues in accordance with the FIDIC Yellow Book 1999. Main Contract Administration of $2.25 Billion Contract:

Subcontract Administration of 100+ Subcontracts:
- Drafting and Negotiating Subcontracts and preparation of complete set of Subcontract Documents in coordination with the Procurement department. (independently drafted more than 100 subcontracted and their related amendments, related to architectural, civil, electromechanical, ICT, conveying systems, etc.),
- Resolving contractual issues with the Subcontract including drafting formal letters and attending meetings/negotiations of a contractual nature.
- Assisting in the certification of Subcontractor’s monthly payments at Program Level received from all 5 Project Sites, managing control of the Sub-Contractor's Insurances, Guarantees and Warranties until final account settlement.
- Responsible for the recording and updating the Subcontract key documents and updating the Management regarding the relevant sub-contractual obligations and liabilities, in accordance with the Subcontract.

Other Pertinent Assignments:
- Responsible for the recording and updating the project key documents such as insurance, bank guarantees, bonds, etc. and updating the Management regarding the relevant contractual obligations and liabilities, in accordance with the Contract.
