13. Preparation of computerized accounts and financial statements.
14. Monthly returns: VAT+ STATUTORY DEDUCTIONS.
15. With with-holding tax computations and filling of returns.
16. Liaise with company auditors for final income tax returns.
17. Preparing monthly, quarterly and half yearly reports.
18. Proficient in Microsoft office packages with experience in spreadsheets, MS word, internet and email usage, website and online skills.
19. Confirmation of supplier’s invoices, balances and processing payments.
20. Ensure all payments are correctly processed within the information system.
21. Monitor and ensure that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are maintained.
22. Advice on the proper allocation of resources.
23. Short and long term business planning.
24. Monitor and assess the business development plan.
