- Develop, market & structure innovative products/solutions to support
financing against Receivables, Equipment, Machinery and Real Estate to SHB
customers.
- Achieve LOW risk based funding & contribute to SHB’s overall asset
growth.
- Build every effort to assist & support Regional Businesses (IBG/CBG’s) to
understand & cross sell Asset Finance products.
- Offer Shariah Compliant Products.
- Provide on & off balance Sheet solutions.
- Ensure that the SHB/client’s needs are met and tackled.
- Assist in the Preparation of all departmental report for accuracy and
completeness to ensure that they conform to the department requirements,
policies and standards.
- Follow up with clients to meet timely service expectations.
- Assist in the day to day operations of Asset Finance department.
- Ensure completeness of the documentation processes for AF loans
proposals.
- Support in the timely process of deal bookings.
- Assist in the development of new products with support department such as
business, legal, compliance, marketing, IT etc.
- Liaises with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to
ensure smooth flow of interactions.
- Analyze and ensure financial requirements are in line with asset
financial worth.
- Assist to ensure operational issues are resolved.
- Give suggestions on product enhancements.
- Adherence of policies and procedures.
- Participates in the development of Asset Finance department policies,
processes and procedures and support the implementation to ensure all
relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
- Contributes to the preparation and achievement of the Asset Finance
department budget.
- Participates in the formulation and implementation of the Asset Finance
department strategy to ensure alignment with SHB’s strategy.
