Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.

1. Responsible for providing technical assistance and direction to both external and internal engineering functions. Involved in designing of HVAC and Plumbing systems and providing training.
2. Analyzed, tested and studied new mechanical design theories, new lines of products/devices and methodologies in order to make recommendations for the organization.
3. Prepared and executed commissioning, conducted provisional tests, maintenance of installed equipment and performed risk assessments.
4. Served as consultant to optimize and upgrade existing systems as per customer requirements for new processes and advanced facilities.
5. Project handling in Revit MEP software.
6. Co ordinate with external agencies/customer.
7. Designing, preparation of Drawings and BOQ in accordance with the standards.
8. Designing includes Heat load calculation using HAP software & E - 20 Excel sheet, Duct designing, ESP calculation
9. Calculation/sizing Pipe size for AHU, FCU and chiller systems.
10. Maintaining the database for the projects and providing assistance to site engineers in design aspects
