Achievements Implementing Toll Manufacturing of Knorr Noodles in LHR Unit. Implementing SAP-PP module in LHR Unit while supporting in PM module Supported in implementation of ISO 9001:2015 & FSSC 22000:2013 version 4.1, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 in Lahore Factory. Increased Capacity by 18% on Instant Noodles Line in LHR Unit. Generated PKR 50 Mn+ in annual savings through automation, capacity increase and HC reduction projects in LHR and KHI Units. Led the team into producing record highest production of 164, 313 cartons of Noodle (401 tons) in a month. Developed multiskilled operators capable of working on diferent machinery and products through training and development. Implemented TPM pillar of Autonomous Maintenance at Lahore Factory Led new product launches from production end at Lahore Factory. Oversaw 10+ new SKU launches at LHR & KHI factories. Automated manual packing process of 1 kg SKUs in KHI Unit.
Achievements Reduced zero day warranty claims by 20% Executing Internal audits of PSQCA. Frequent feedback to production shops & QA Department via CARs (Corrective Action Reports) to improve the process and quality of vendor parts. Led Internal Audits of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2015. Studied and Implemented GHQS (Global Honda Quality Standards) within the vehicle quality department Played a key roll in new model launch of CB150-F Transformation of QMS ISO 9001: 2008 to 2015 version within department. Organized and executed training of subordinates regarding Inspection standards, SOP's and PPE's
