Job description ✓ Prepare design calculations for heat exchanging pressure vessels in compliance with ASME section VIII division 1, using PV Elite, Compress, Excel and hand calculations. ✓ Produce Engineering design calculations reports as per new and modified pressure vessel designs using Compress, PV Elite and Microsoft office. ✓ Supply (Technical delivery conditions) TDC for pressure parts and design specifications for non-pressure parts. ✓ Create model representations of pressure vessels using Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD to draft. ✓ Model by inventor and analyze by FEA pressure and non-pressure pats to substantiate calculated stresses derived from ASME, TEMA and various stress handbooks. ✓ Investigate and calculate new R&D pressure vessel project designs and substantiate them in accordance with ASME section VIII division 1, FEA and Engineering judgment. ✓ Manage all the ongoing projects and create (Comment review sheets) CRS ✓ Review and vet GA and detail fabrication drawings of static equipment prepared by draftsmen
