• Perform highly sufficient crowd control and line directory, enable to organize and divide 100 passengers into several lines in order to speed up the checkpoint operations

• Looked after the passenger safety and luggage security check.
• Looked after the customer complaints of loss of luggage.
• Provided passenger assistance at the ticket counter and gate areas. Ensured compliance with airport regulations.
