These include issuing the offer letter to the newly recruited candidate, who has been selected by the HR recruitment team, and collecting necessary documents to compile a file under the candidate’s name. Furthermore, it involves introducing the new employee to various departmental teams and familiarizing them with the organization's policies, roles, and regulations. Additionally, it is essential to assign a workstation, provide the necessary materials required for their role, and coordinate with the IT department to establish their organizational email account.
