• Managing and maintenance of various scopes based in institutions/buildings owned by the Royal family of Dubai which includes palaces, villas, stadiums, stables, conservations and clinics.
• Managing the execution of the civil and MEP work to a high standard.
• Managing and Scoping of the site works, work orders, payments, lettering and follow up of all refurbishment and maintenance works.
• Managing of water systems, landscaping, irrigation and soft service operation-cleaning, waste management, pest control, etc.

• CAPEX and OPEX Budget planning and costing, also involved in tendering of contracts.

• O&M and laboratory analysis related to Utility Industry (Reverse Osmosis Plants, Desalination Plant, ETP, STP and various other water systems).
• Assisting site team with breakdowns, plant upsets, start-ups and Shutdowns.
•• Technical professional consultant for environment protection equipments, water treatment chemicals, equipment, systems and also involved into project management and planning of core water tank cleaning and disinfection using green technology.
• Involved in business development and consultation to engineers, municipalities, hotels, schools and industries to provide the best available technology in the market.
• Effective consultation with engineering and purchasing departments to insure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Ability to represent the product to customers by conducting events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
• Ability to give the client the best in class quality service committed during sales.
