• Provide technical support related to Fiber Optics for customers of the company

• Manage and Coordinate daily complaints and troubleshooting related to FTTH

• Analysis/Survey of the needs for basic network infrastructure and IT equipment to be deployed in Statistics & Interior Division.
• Maintain Layer-III access & distribution switches such as Cisco Catalyst 2950, Catalyst 3750.
• Maintain Windows 2003 Server for Active Directory User and Domain Controller, Microsoft ISA Server 2004 for Internet traffic scheduling and monitoring.
• Administration of IT infrastructure and policies in the Divisions.
• Coordination with the vendors and Divisions during the course of the successful deployment of the subject infrastructure.
• Interaction with end users (i.e. employees of Government departments) to provide support regarding network related issues (connectivity with servers, trouble shooting of PCs, installation & configuration of office productivity software, installation and configuration of email collaboration software and configurations of any other hardware or networking equipments on the LAN.
• Creating the e-Government awareness in the employees of the Divisions.
• Provide technical support to the Banks, NGOs and Private Clients of the company
• Installing and Troubleshooting Customer complaints related to MS Windows
• Implement and execute Structured cabling and terminations
• Install and Manage ISA Server 2000 for Internet traffic scheduling and monitoring
• Installing and maintaining Server’s hardware and software
• Repairing and Servicing of the Desktop, Laptop and Printers
• Application Softwares and Antivirus Installation and troubleshooting
