Responsibilities as QA/QC Engineer
1. Preparing the Site Quality Plan, Quality Manual, QA/QC Inspection Procedures, Check List, Method Statements, Material Submittal, Inspection Test Plan etc. as per the project requirement
2. Make sure that all materials used comply with the approved Material Approval Request (MAR)
3. Coordinate with client for inspection activities issued RFI for witness/hold point etc.
4. Make sure all the work carried on the site as per latest Drawings, Method Statement.
5. Make sure that any activity offered for Inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)
6. Core area of experience: Good exposure in developing and implementing the QA/ QC procedures for Mechanical systems like HVAC, Plumbing, Fire fighting etc for the large scale industrial and residential / commercial high rise projects.
7. Exposure to Testing, Commissioning and Balancing of Mechanical system.
8. Working knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Office
9. Knowledge in ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, Civil defense requirements, International Plumbing Code, National Plumbing Code etc
10. Prepare and track all the QA/QC Inspections and closely monitor the NCRs and its closure.
11. Prepare weekly progress report and submit it to the QA/QC Manager.
12. Act as an internal QC Inspector and resolve all quality system related issues internally prior to the consultant's inspection.
13. Supervise/perform and report internal quality audits and external quality audits of consultants, subcontractors etc.
14. Daily review of site progress with the site engineers to ensure that the installations are as per the latest drawings and prepare the consultant's inspection schedule accordingly.

1. Meeting with Clients & Contractor regarding Technical Issues.
2. At site inspection time, following safety rules & regulation at different hazards area.
Overall quality implementation for MEP works.
3. Quantity Take-off of Dampers, Air outlets, Terminal units, FCU, AHU, Pumps and Pipes.
4. Execution of Mechanical Services on Site.
5. Testing & commissioning of all the mechanical Services.
6. Flushing & Disinfection of Domestic water Pipes.
