Risk Management Division - Operational Risk Department:

- Taking care of designing and updating all Policies, Standard Operating Procedures "SOPs" and Service Level Agreements "SLAs" across all Business and Support Divisions, and ensure following internal governance and CMA regulations.

- Setup up and manage Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA’s) between the service provider and beneficiary.

- Regularly review the Policies, SOPs & SLAs in order to analyze areas of improvement and ensure aligning the changes to business requirements and obtain sign-offs from different stakeholders.

- Conduct Quality Assurance testing and inspections to ensure business satisfaction in the services and products offered by Operations teams.

Supply Chain Division / Production Planning Department *Planning Analyst (July 2012 - July 2013) Analyze base oil prices, evaluate KPI’s, reconcile sales with A/F dept, and prepare MIS reports. *Planning Engineer (Aug 2013 - Aug 2014) Plan tanks inventory, schedule stocks production, and create ships/trucks logistics plan. *Economics Engineer (Sep 2014 - Present) Pricing formulation, 120 days plan projection and business plan creation in PIMS and SAP.

IT Services Department / Quality & Projects Unit * Services Quality Engineer Evaluate IT incidents, measure quality and control department risks. * IT Project Manager Create, manage and distribute Microsoft Lync 2010 application to all branches and corporate offices.

Customer Care Department / Services Quality unit

- Monitoring and evaluating the services quality of all AlShaya brands.
- Measuring the performance for all stores located at Jeddah city
- Customer survey analysis.
