Developing detailed construction schedules with full resource loading including Material, Cost & Manpower, coordinating planning sessions with construction team and various contractors, managing & Coordinating change and scope management, preparing & maintaining several Engineering & procurement schedules. Delay Analysis & Production of Claim of Extension of Time & analyzing of major impacts on the project in view of Contract clauses. Narrative Writing for the EOT Claim. Production for resource histograms based on productivity Production of recovery programs for mitigation of delays.

My major responsibilities were Project Planning on Primavera, complete uploading and linking of the projects with Head Office through Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP), Estimation, Scope-Wise Outsourcing of the project to Sub-Contractors and Foreign/Local Suppliers for quotations, and checking the availability and supply of materials, Negotiating with Sub-Contractors, Detailed Analysis of the Project Variations, making Running Bills, making monthly and Weekly Progress Reports etc
Monitoring all construction site activities, planning, making progress reports, meetings wwith consultants.
Worked as a Internee Engineer on project of Construction of Fly-Over & Under Pass at the Intersection of Faisal Avenue and Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad.
