- Working on unique Family Shari’ah Fund with multi-asset class and daily liquidity
- Primarily responsible for private placement of Tameer’s private equity real estate investment projects in Doha, Qatar.
- Responsible for managing a client base of more than 150 high net-worth individuals as well as institutions in Qatar and Bahrain
- Work closely with Investment department to help structure Tameer’s real estate investment financial models to maximize returns for Tameer as well as potential investors
- Work closely with Investment team to complete feasibility studies and market researches to produce the best possible investment product for potential investors.
- Work closely with Marketing team to ensure the use of most effective marketing approaches and tools to attract investors.
- Responsible for managing strategic government segment business customers
- Total annual revenue target portfolio managed is BD 4 Million for 2004
- Handling top 4 revenue-generating customers in the business sector
- Develop and recommend strategies to build orders for all products
- Works closely with product managers to develop products based on market needs
- Responsible for developing market/sales forecasts for strategic government segment
- Solicit and maintain favorable contacts with current and potential key accounts.
- Develop sales of products and/or services by researching and resolving customer problems, recommending modifications to the product/service line, and coordinating sales negotiations with appropriate personnel.
- Responsible for achieving sales goals and evaluating margins for given products.
- Manage accounts and coordinate activities and entertainment for the accounts to build orders in field.
- Participate at trade shows and major customer events as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to respond to opportunities, resolve problems, expedite service and delivery, maintain high level of customer satisfaction and protect existing market share.
- Responsible for financial reporting and monitoring accounting transactions
- Monthly bank reconciliation verification
- Experienced in Great Plains Dynamics Accounting Software and migration process
- Annual financial budgetary analysis
- Attended several Islamic Banking courses
