CAA implementation of the upgrade project marks a significant leap forward for Echelon Insurance, particularly in Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. This involves transitioning from the outdated legacy system( Passport) to the advanced GW Policy Centre v10.This upgrade facilitates both brokers and underwriters with substantial improvements in the management of both personal and commercial auto policies. Notably, this upgrade aims to streamline operations, enhancing eficiency and accuracy in handling insurance policies and claims.
• Analyzed & Designed Business requirement documents(BRD), Flow diagram, requirements Specifications doc
• Created and Updated user story cards in JIRA once requirements were finalized and ready
• Developed story card with UI mockups, service details, flow diagrams, user roles & permissions and acceptance criteria
• Worked closed with product owners in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Designed Flow diagrams using in MS Visio for Integration flows for MVR, Autoplus, Credit score and RSP
• Coordinated and discussed with third party service providers(CGI, Transunion, etc) and gathered requirements
• Included technical specifications related to MVR, Autoplus, Credit score calls in to requirements
