•System set ups for Vehicle sales operation and CRM - Autoline(DMS).
•Setup, Testing & Appling Government regulations on Autoline (DMS) such as ( VAT and E-invoicing).
•Train the key users in operation on the product best practices.
•Digitization of paper documents to be automated by Autoline (DMS)
•Execute data migration activities from another Dealer to Naghi Servers.
•Visiting branches to find weakness in user experiences and plan schedule training accordingly
• Providing Autoline Support for motor car dealership staff members within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on how to make use of the Autoline software proficiently.
• Assisting users on various revisions of the software: Rev-39, H Version & newest version of Autoline (Drive).
• Providing user-end training on the Vehicles/Showroom and CRM (Customer Resource Management) aspects.
• User on-site hand-holding and providing regular parts stock & Vehicles inventory assistance.
• Creating and designing vehicle-related reports on Autoline as per Business Unit specifications and requirements.
• Supporting the finance departments at month-end closing on Autoline.
• Go-live support
• Configuration of Print Mangers for all dealership within the Naghi group.
• Form builder based on Business requirements & customizing computer forms, coordinating all questions and changes.
As Recipient :
-Send and Receive Shipments .
-Reservations appointment .
-Arrange and book meeting rooms.
-Manage a library.
As IT Support :
-Performing preventive maintenance on desktop computers, monitors, mouse, keyboard, laptops, printers, scanners
-Installing new printers, connecting users to one printer, sharing printers on the network, testing printers
-Installing applications and system software’s for example windows operating systems, Antiviruses
-Troubleshooting desktop computers and laptops for example problem of power supply unit, fan, low memory, and network problem
-Check internet connections on desktop computers and laptops
-Connect users on the network
-Troubleshoot and Diagnose network problems.
-Ensure that allowed users can be able to access the internet
-Join users to the domain, analyze and solve domain related issues
