Plan and manage an annual manpower budget plan and managing guide, following up closely on personnel costs, and preparing local management reporting as well as corporate reports.
2. Maintain and manage the People Performance Management processes and support management in the annual, mid and final review
3. Identifying talents within the organization and develop career path match their potential
4. Process payroll for employees in the organization and maintain personnel database regarding salaries
5. Define and implement procedures for the merit increase & Bonus process for all eligible employees
6. Manage and develop the company organization structure based on the business needs
7. Maintain and manage the employee promotion plan, process and approving from the managements
8. Prepare weekly and monthly HR analytics reports cover all HR aspects
9. Ensure handling of various payment requests for employees (such as end of
service payment, loans, and leave tickets) by calculating, checking and approving, according to policies and regulations
Main Role:
• To guide and manage human resources services, policies, and programs and
support HR Manager in continue HR development
Main Areas:
1. Responsible for compliance on all labor / statutory matters pertaining to
employee issues for the business unit.
2. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
3. Monitoring the companys HR systems as well as databases
4. Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
5. Conducting exit interviews
6. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance
with laws and regulations.
7. Organizing and updating employee files.
8. Responsible for HR analytics Report.
9. Responsible for Attendance, Labor Office & GOSI system. 10. Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
11. Managing employee complaints.
