I am in the technical team in NANS, which is a governmental company provide services over the internet. I work with my team in open-source web applications. I develop UI design, and operate the apps on VPSs on a local data center that linked to the internet. My responsibility includes documenting for the provided apps.
- Recervation and Deposit recervation for the customer on the hotel's programs
- Dealing with guests to satisfy their needs
- Solving guest problems in case of deficiencies within the other sections
- Night financial auditing of accounts and correction in case of possibility
- Liquidation of guest accounts upon departure
IT Technical for approximately 30 days On the Hotel
- Technical support for reception staff and other sections
- Repair of network problems within the hotel in addition to the problems of the hotel's programs
- Reinstalling computers and installing hotel softwares
- Maintenance of printers and photocopiers
- Installation of systems and software applications to the costumer
- Installation of networks and configuration of routers and network cables
