•I currently reside in Saudi Arabia and working with Zahrat Al Wafa Auto-mobile maintenance and repair company affiliated and business partner with AlRajhi Takaful insurance company situated in Jeddah and Riyadh.
• I am working on system control management for auto-mobile maintenance and repair, in which we provide company's customer with a satisfactory services by dealing with their damaged auto mobile repairing and maintenance work with the help of their approved insurance.
• Controlling online software and maintaining the profile of the company's data.
• Setting up the 3D image of the subjected vehicle's damaged parts which needs to be repaired, changed and maintained with the help of their inspection sheet.
I took on the role of overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of production and food safety management systems at the site. It was my responsibility to ensure that these systems met all legal and certification requirements. I participated in internal audits and gap assessments within the industry and led certification audits on behalf of plant management. Comparing the practices of various companies was also a part of my work. I made sure to review and approve all new projects with the R&D team before their final approval, providing support to project leaders in meeting legal requirements.
I developed a roadmap to eliminate quality incidents and product defects to prevent losses. Should there be any consumer complaints or planned/unplanned inspections, I was the primary contact for food safety/health authorities. I also created a roadmap for Capability Building of Team Members that emphasized Quality Processes, Standards, and Procedures, to foster a Zero Quality-related Loss culture at the site.
To boost quality awareness and commitment across the plant, I coached and developed quality employees to fully unleash their potential and lead quality programs/projects/events. I was also familiar with GMP, CIP, and COP of the Ice cream plant, as well as good knowledge of hygiene and safety practices all over the plant.
During my previous role, I was responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Milk, Sweets and Bakery Production and Operations, including analyzing existing operational models, developing new SOPs to maximize efficiencies and communicating food quality standards. I established a new product while working with the research and development team which led to the second-highest-selling product of the year.
As a ‘Quality and Production Supervisor’, I understand the importance of optimizing quality processes without sacrificing personal connections with employees. I thrive on encouraging employee performance and was commended by senior leadership for my ability to ensure adherence to established organizational processes.
BS (Hons) Dairy Technology is a four-year course which offers the learning of dairy products manufacturing including butter, cheese, yoghurt and ice cream. It also offers plant layout learning, quality and quantitative analysis of product, hygiene and sanitation matters and production yield management.
