اھدافھا.
• التخطیط والعمل على الأھداف قصیرة وطویلة الأجل لخفض التكالیف وزیادة الارباح.
• الاشراف والتأكد من استمراریة تحدیث عملیة تطویر خدمات الشركة المختلفة.
• متابعة وضع الخطط التدریبیة لتطویر اداء الموظفین والتأكد من تنفیذھا بالتنسیق مع الموارد البشریة.
• المشاركة في عملیات تنظیم الاتفاقیات والعقود الخاصة باستثمارات جدیدة.
• اقتراح وسائل واسالیب خارجیة بما فیھ اقتراح الاستعانة باصحاب الخبرة في مجال البحوث والتطویر.
• وضـع خـطط تـطویـریـة اداریـة وتـشغیلیة لـقسم الـتشغیل والـصیانـة والـمبیعات والـتسویـق والاشـراف عـلیھا لـتحقیق
الأھداف الشھریة والفصلیة والسنویة.
• تـطویـر الاجـراءات الـداخـلیة بـین الاقـسام لـضمان سـھولـة سـیر الـعمل وتـمثیل الـقسم عـلى مـختلف المسـتویـات فـي
الشركة.
• اتمتة الانظمة والاجراءات الداخلیة لجمیع الادارات والاقسام والوظائف المتاحة.
• الاشراف على انشاء برنامج داخلي لتدریب الموظفین وتقییم الاداء بشكل دوري.
• الاشراف على تفعیل ادارة المبیعات وادارة التسویق بالطرق التقلیدیة والالكترونیة لزیادة نسبة الارباح السنویة.
• حضور الندوات والمؤتمرات والمناسبات المتعلقة بالحج والعمره والسیاحة الدینیة.
• إعداد تقاریر منتظمة عن التقدم المحرز والتوقعات للرئیس مجلس الادارة.

• قیادة وإلھام وإشراك وتدریب أعضاء الفریق المشاركین من جمیع الاقسام في العملیة التطویریة.

-Agency Sales and Business Development
• Lead Agency pitches to prospective clients and grow agency top line revenue.
• Create strategic proposals to promote services.
• Front end and manage the client relationship.
• Scan for marketing opportunity and participate in tenders to attract high value agency projects.
• Manage every communication element of advertising and marketing including creative, copy, layouts and production.
• Manage service providers, suppliers and onsite requirements.
• Meticulously run day to day operations of a full service Integrated Ad Agency, supervise the team’s output and troubleshoot problems and issues.
• Manage the Finance Strategy by coordinating overall budget process, annual budget plan and taking responsibility for achieving the agreed profitability and monthly targets.
• Manage the Marketing Strategy by image building, corporate communications, and brand projection to rapidly grow company’s exposure to both corporate and government sector.
• Manage the HR & Admin Strategy by training and developing the team to learn and adapt to the latest advertising trends, improving quality of proposals and evaluate employees’ work performance.
-Manage the marketing department and mentoring
• Oversee job cards, daily work sheets, all design and creative content, website development and conceptualization.
• Approve all peripherals being created for events and external clients.
• Develop and implement ideas to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
