Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE procedures and regulation
Perform risk assessments and implement effective control measures for ongoing site activities
Monitor and enforce safe work practices in accordance with project HSE requirements
Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions for workers and contractors
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all work sites
Support emergency preparedness plans and participate in drills and emergency response activities
Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records for audits and compliance purposes
Coordinate with project teams and contractors to promote a strong safety culture on site
Monitor commissioning and start-up activities to ensure safe operational readiness
Ensure compliance with client, company, and international HSE standard
