• Drive and co-ordinate new products development & existing products improvement for the Ambient dairy, Chilled dairy and
Nestlé Professional business unit, aiming at increasing consumer preference and nutritional competitiveness at optimum cost. This
is fundamental to driving the agreed business growth.
• Drive establishment and management of innovation pipelines and portfolio with Business executive manager
• Consumer insight establishment, maintenance and development, in particular for innovations
• Plan, direct and control implementation of new products development project portfolio to ensure new products are launched on time at desired cost
• Facilitate and provide technical support to align the business unit in efforts to become a Wellness Company
• Develop and implement a consistent and integrated marketing strategy for dairy culinary portfolio(CREAMS and Desserts) in Pakistan and Afghanistan in order to meet short and long term business objectives.
• Responsibility to deliver Key KPI’s (RIG, EBIT, Brand Health Indicators & Market Share)
• Drive strong Innovation and Renovation pipeline by identifying relevant consumer needs and market trends.
• Ensure effective development of consumer communication based on consumer Insights and brand guidelines.
• Liaise with other functional and operational area managers to ensure marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business.
• Maintain close coordination and alignment with the Strategic Business Units in Nestle headquarters in Vevey.
• Lead a motivated high performance team committed to delivering business results.
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for Nestlé’s dairy business.
• Identify consumer needs through research to develop new PPP concepts.
• Work with application group to develop innovative solutions that create value for consumers within target cost.
• Develop culture of innovation within dairy business unit.
• Formulate and lead a cross functional team to accelerate new product development process.
• Assign responsibilities, set deadlines, follow up on progress and update management on progress of identified projects.
• Leading the brand team to formulate the brand strategy and brand communication for the company.
• Responsible for development and updation of long term vision of the brand.
• Responsible for development and implementation of quarterly and annual marketing plan for the brand.
• Responsible for constant monitoring of competitive activities and development and execution of the required responses.
• Media planning and identifying innovative media opportunities that are in line with the overall brand personality
• Responsible for identifying and conducting brand related research.
• Development of tariffs/offer packages/VAS in coordination with the marketing segments/VAS teams
• Development of brand strategy & sustain market leadership/growth.
• Complete portfolio management of Jazz Octane (youth segment) and Jazz Ladies First (women segment)
• Development and execution of brand promotions and campaigns. (ATL & BTL)
• Managing brand related research.
• Media planning for Mobilink campaigns.
