Maintenance of Accounts record of all running projects and its reconciliation with Bank Statements.
Preparing monthly Profit and Loss summary of all running Projects.
Preparation of Audit Reports required by Auditors at time of Commercial Audit including Aging analysis of Payables and Receivables, Project Wise Profit and Loss Account, Reconciliation of Salaries, Construction Material Reconciliation, POL Statement etc.
Maintained accurate expense record thus enabling the authorities to control financial deficit.
To feed Data in Double Entry Accounting System (DEAS)
Preparation of Monthly Expenses Flow charts of Projects.
To perform any other assignment as directed by higher management
Handling the operational activities of the Reconstruction & Rehabilitation Unit Battagram.
Procurement of inventory, Stationary, Furniture for the office use.
Maintaining the daily petty expenses.
Establishment of office decorum through implementation of rules and regulations.
Maintaining Time sheet including daily attendance and DSA sheet.
Logistic activities of the RRU in terms of facilitation in transport, office arrangement, boarding fascility, mess etc
Management of the hired and owned vehicles in terms of hiring, fueling, placement, allotment, maintenance etc.
Allotment of vehicles to staff for official purpose.
Collection and distribution of the ERRA forms to each SMT for the damage assessment.
Handling the support staff including drivers, peons, and watchmen.
