• Working in PepsiCo Multan plant laboratory system (ASHA), Quality system (QAS) and food safety system \{AIB, Halaal, Jackim, FSSC 22000, PFA, FSMM programs (Pathogen kill step, FMD, PSIP, PEMP, ACP, Regulatory) AA, PQMD, CQA, SQA, Market complaints
• Installation of New PC-50-2 and Line-3 (KK & Cheetos) and new Packaging Bag makers
• Conducting Food safety and Quality related training Session on the different levels to other departments for ensure quality and food safety culture at site
• Perform Master cleaning audit frequently in the premises
• Perform Hand wash, locker audit, Canteen and premises housekeeping audits
• Perform line inspections after flavor changeovers, brand changeovers or before startup and after shutdown as per PepsiCo food safety standards

• Perform foreign Object Hunt before the line startup as per PepsiCo standard

• Perform Glass, Hard plastic, missing nuts & bolts, and corrosion audit
• Perform color coding verification of cleaning tools in the premises
• Perform weekly IPM close out rate communication
• Performed lab analysis of products (PC & NPC) which includes moisture testing, oil quality testing (FFA, OV & POV), soap test, pH test, seasoning test, product oil measurement, caustic, pH & oxygen test during boil out
• Perform QWs of Process (PC & NPC) and packaging as per define frequencies
• Resolve the Food Safety issues during online production (like personal hygiene, physical & chemical Hazards etc.)
• Perform quality inspection of raw materials which includes (Potatoes, Palm oil, Corn, Raw Pellet, Flavors, Cartons & Flexibles) update the traceability record in excel sheets and release from SAP Quality inspection
• Checking finished goods quality before dispatched
• Installation of Lab equipments (NMR, TGA, Auto titrator, Sox Tech, FTIR, Rapid Moisture analyzer, BCT tester, Sieve shaker, Fume hood, Spectra star, Distill unit & Hunter lab
• Implementation of GLP and 5S in Lab
• Perform Instruments weekly monthly annually calibration and prepare AQC Samples
• Data collection, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting to management for effective decision making
• Packet quality checking which includes packet quality attributes (seal integrity, code quality, inflation, weight & etc.)
• Perform inspection all bag makers food safety issues
• Prepare quality and food safety BU dashboard on daily basis
