RESPONSIBILITIES

Created and maintained a welcoming, friendly,
engaging, and nurturing classroom environment
where all students felt comfortable.

Assist the principal in provid ing professional
leadership and management to ensure high
quality education and student achievement in
accordance with the school’s vision, mission, and
values.

Coordinate and supervise various departments,
staff, and activities, such as curriculum
deve lopment, assessment, student services,
pastoral care, and extracurricular programs.

Communicate and collaborate with parents,
students, staff, and external stakeholders to
address their concerns and needs and foster
positive relationships.

Manage and monitor the school’s budget,
resources, facilities, and policies and ensure
compliance with relevant regulations and
standards.

Implement and evaluate school improvement
plans and initiatives to enhance teaching and
learning outcomes and scho ol performance.

Recruit, train, and appraise staff performance
and provide feedback and guidance to support
their professional development.

Handle student discipline and enforce school
rules and regulations in a fair and consistent
manner.

Represe nt the school in various events and
meetings with other officials and stakeholders.
