▪ Prepare with other HR sections and verify all mandatory data which required to complete SAP implementation. Especially all data which have direct relations with payroll.
▪ Completing monthly payroll for company staff who are supplied to different clients with full consideration of (MOL regulations, Company Policies, Financial Procedures & Clients Requirements)
▪ Planning and follow-up monthly payroll transactions (Cut-off Dates, Timesheets, Payroll Analysis, Payroll Releasing).
▪ Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. Newly Hired staff, Arrears processing, Vacations, Terminations) and system upgrades.
▪ Verify and approve all payroll (e.g. Incentives, Benefits, Deductions and Allowances.)
▪ Full Supervision for Payroll Team to resolve issues and clarify for all payroll-related queries.
▪ Full Coordination with Auditor to maintain and complete all required reports with a full accuracy.
During the transitional phase to merge some Saudi Bin Laden Group companies, worked with temporary contract to ensure the completion of payroll and final settlements cycle for +5000 employees.
Oversee a staff of payroll representatives to ensure the completion of the monthly payroll cycle for +2700 employees
Full assistance in monthly payroll processing for 500 employees. Also, Preparing all required reports for payroll reconciliation.
