-Tasks & responsibilities :
o Administrating and monitor our LAN/WiFi /WAN/VPN network. ( Multi branches )
o Administrating Websense web filtering and Appling other security polices
o Implement open source network management/monitor systems using SNMP ( MIBs/OID)
o Establish instant alarm system for any network failures.
o Monitoring the bandwidth usage.
o Consultant on some required solutions.
- I gained experience on various network management/monitoring/security tools like:
o The Dude MikroTik, NetXMS, OpUtils, CDP monitoring, Spiceworks Network Monitor, Wireshark, Microsoft Network Monitor, PRTG, IPAMs, NetFlow.. Always exploring;)
o Worked with some penetration test tools ( i.e. OpenVAS )

Huawei Tech.: Multinational corp. & Vendor of most BSS equipment for Etisalat Masr&Vodafone in Egypt.
-Tasks & responsibilities : same as ALKAN NETWORK + Team Leader responsibilities.
ALKAN Network: Projects: Vodafone & Etisalat Misr
Alkan network: hold several telecom projects around Africa and the middle east. In Egypt is responsible of providing BSS O&M for Etisalat Misr, Vodafone Egypt 3rd mobile operators in Egypt.
-Tasks & responsibilities :
o Providing CM (Corrective Maintenance) for BTS sites (indoor & outdoor)
o Providing PM (Preventive Maintenance) for BTS sites (indoor &outdoor)
o Trouble shooting VSWR alarms.
o I can treat well with “SITE MASTER”.
o Trouble shooting RF alarms, cross feeder & cross sectors.
o Trouble shooting management alarms.
o Micro wave link maintenance.
o Micro wave link installation.
o Micro wave Alignment and L.O.S
o Trouble shooting power alarms.
-During my working I gained experience on the following equipment. :
o HUAWEI links troubleshooting : (RTN 620 & RTN910 & RTN 950)
o Dealing with HUAWEI BBU3900 & BBU3808
o Dealing with all types of HUAWEI BTS’s (3012AE/E, 3812AE/E, 3900AE/E)
o SIAE links troubleshooting: Modular & Compact (AL, ALC, ALC plus & ALC plus 2), also worked on IP-BOX
o Dealing with all types of Ericsson Cabinets RBS (2206, 2106, 3206, 3106)
o Supervisor in all Site’s activities of Electrical system & Cooling system (AC’s & 4Energy Systems)
o NEC links troubleshooting : (Pasolink V4 & NEO).
o Handling all environmental alarms for Vodafone and Etisalat sites.
o General knowledge with Ericsson Links ( Mini-Links & Traffic Node) .
o Supervision over the team and issued reports.
