Senior Outside Plant Engineer (Copper &Fiber cables):Overall Project Management and overview of progress of OSP (Civil) / (Network) Telecom construction, Fiber Cable FTTx / Long Haul networks (from site survey to final handover).

• Analyze, Plan and Manage the work progress of civil construction works on daily basis and optimize progress after resolving discrepancies/bottlenecks in weak areas.

• Prepare and supervise the Project Implementation Plan (PIP). Arrangement and logistics of Site crew (site engineers, surveyor, civil foreman & labor, equipment operators etc), trenching equipment and Material at sites as per the approved BOQ and time line from the client. Arrangement of road trenching work permits from concerned Government authority.

Designer Outside Plant Engineer (Copper &Fiber cables): Analyze traffic loads, available and existing lines. Estimates & forecasts of projected traffic to determine new construction or rearrangements and removals required. Design of new Civil and Cable maps of various locations all over Lebanon.

• Estimated 1200 designed Maps (Civil/Network), mostly in Greater Beirut/Bekaa/Beirut Suburbs.

• Arrange for Eng site surveys and detailed technical CAD drawings. Prepared and forecast each of the designed sites Cost including Labor, Material, Equipment's needed, etc, with Designed BOQ including Civil & Telecom works to the client for final approval.

• Overview and finalization of all technical drawings for PAT, such as Key map, Route Map, Detailed conduit Access, Detailed Direct Buried, Graphic Access, fiber cable Schematic and Jointing schematic etc. and site handover process with client.
