Main Responsibilities:
•Prepare preventive and periodical maintenance contract of caterpillar generators.
•Prepare the weekly visits’ schedule and discuss it with the Parts and service Sales Support supervisor.
•Apply good time and territory management practices while implementing a coverage plan.
•Perform basic engine inspections to generate opportunity for customer interaction and sales.
•Constantly prospect new customers revenue sources.
•Build collaborative relationships and ensure business integrity is maintained.
•Use Product Tracking Opportunity System (PTOS) to calculate the Parts market size and manage sales opportunities within a territory.
•Identify and report on incremental opportunities for future sales both within Product support as well as other areas of the company.
•Provide input/ information into planning and budgeting process.
•Understand parts, service, and machine performance literature and how to use the service Information system (SIS).
•Prepare quotations, and related paperwork necessary to close a deal, (parallel with PSSR coordinator)
•Identify the elements of Condition Monitoring (CM) and its value to the customer solutions.
