Duties and Responsibilities: Initiate and manage project continues improvement processes Ensure that construction hazards and risks are considered during engineering design stage and the appropriate mitigation actions are implemented Establish lessons learnt register and ensure proper implementation of recommended actions and mitigation plans Prepare, implement and control mobilization / demobilization plans of recourses within the project Conduct weekly meetings with client representatives to streamline understandings and ensure smooth operation of projects construction work Train, develop and motivate staff Assist in commercial and technical tender inputs Assist in preparation of annual budget for the section Control and optimize project man-hours consumption and ensure that overruns are justifiable Propose and innovate new methods to improve efficiency and quality of work
