Deal quickly and efficiently with the customer inquiries, complaints by email or phone,
Proactively follow up on Oder patter form the customer and transfer them into relevant action.
Expedite customer order including keeping them informed of delays or early fulfillment.
Work during odd hours in order to meet customer requirement, try to resolve their problem and encourage for business prospect.
Proactively foresee possible delays or complication and try to minimize them.
Ensure the accuracy of financial record for the billing purpose.
Follow-up and submission of POD on time
Confirm the delivery to customers, submit the invoices.
Resolve problems concerning transportation (pickup and delivery process)
Maintains personal productivity and quality standard that make positive impact in terms of customer satisfactions.
Follow-up customer issue which is not solved immediately.
Follow up on new leads and referral resulting for the advertisement.
Develop positive and strong relationship that fosters team work, highly customer satisfaction and maximum profitability.
Organize work flow to meet the customer deadline
Any other duties responsibilities as requested or assigned by the line management.

Documentation work for KLM Flight.
Booking of Airway Bills. Collecting the documents for the approval of DG goods.
Looking after packaging process, custom dealing


DOMESTIC CARGO:

Acceptance of airway bills at the counter.
Sending the cargo to x-ray machine,
Data entry of the record of the day on the computer and giving the copy to the airlines,
Generating the bills on day to day basis and copy is given to the air lines for further process.
Making the gate pass and copy is given to the particular agent,
Reporting to the manager of all the activity of the day.
