I am responsible for supporting to the high-level executives and management and crucial responsibilities are;
Provide administrative support to departments or individuals.
Inventory management and procurement process optimization.
Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors and maintain long-term relationships with for delivering the results.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms and on-going feasibility.
Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements and also preparing procurement reports.
Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Data Analysis like; Initiate PO, PR’s, RFQ’s CST, SAP Budget and SES.
Create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers
Estimate and establish budgets for purchases
Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards
Work with team members to complete duties as needed
Maintain and update a list of suppliers
Prepare Management Review Meeting and issue its Minutes of Meeting as well.
Helps to Prepare Office Budget, Official Letters and Memos.
Maintain office procedures.
Enthusiastic, Initiative and able to prioritize and also well-organized.
To give new ideas to company management for better system implementation.
Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
Translate safety procedures in English to Urdu version.
Create Official forms on Adobe Acrobat Writer.
Record keeping as per company policy in vogue.
