• Directs the selling activities within territories, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interaction
• Maintaining key Accounts by B2B & B2C selling of food items
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned Zones/channels inside and outside Lahore.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet company objectives
• Monitoring competition by gathering current market information on pricing, existing products, new products, delivery schedules along with merchandising techniques.
• Monitoring weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analysis
• Provides quality leadership for all internal and external customers in all assigned tasks.
• Project Budgeting, monitoring & evaluating
• RPM- Rapid Plan Method- To execute Project Planning

• Areas have started giving sale of Rs.100, 000/day begin from the scratch
• Provided best services and product to the customers and became their permanent suppliers
